Our mission is to maximize human resource potential by aligning educational, developmental, and organizational consulting services with the strategic objectives of University Hospital.
This is accomplished by developing and maintaining strong, working partnerships at all levels of University Hospital; playing an active role to assist units/schools in achieving their business objectives; employing appropriate methodologies to ensure value-added competency development experiences; developing and delivering customer-based performance improvement programs.
