FDA-Authorized COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement:
Effective August 2nd, 2021, University Hospital has mandated that all employees receive an FDA authorized COVID-19 vaccine or an approved medical exemption or religious accommodation. We are adopting this policy to safeguard our employees, their families, our patients, and visitors as well as the community at large.
This requirement also applies to all new hires. If selected for a position at University Hospital you will be required to provide authentic proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical exemption or religious accommodation. If you are not vaccinated a vaccine will be provided at your request at time of pre-hire physical.
