Diagnosis and treatment are provided for visual pathway tumors, inflammatory optic neuropathies, double vision, unexplained visual loss (including multiple sclerosis patients), neurosarcoidosis, and autoimmune diseases affecting the visual system. The service has vast experience with visual problems of the head-injured patient. Clinical trials of new treatments for optic neuropathies such as those due to multiple sclerosis and trauma are offered.
