Occupational therapy services are provided for rehabilitation and the promotion of health and wellness to those who are experiencing an illness, injury, disability, activity limitation, or participation restriction. Occupational therapy addresses the physical, cognitive, psychosocial, sensory-perceptual, and other aspects of performance in a variety of contexts and environments to support engagement in occupations that affect physical and mental health, well-being, and quality of life.
Physical Therapy – Physical therapists (PTs) are health care professionals who diagnose and treat individuals who have medical problems or other health-related conditions that limit their ability to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives.
