General Otolaryngology and Laryngology

Otolaryngology is one of the oldest medical specialties in the United States. Otolaryngologists are physicians who are trained both medically and surgically to manage and treat patients with diseases in the ear, nose, and throat (ENT). They are able to treat patients with diseases of the nose and sinuses, larynx, oral cavity, pharynx, neck, and face. They can treat both children and adults.

Meet our General Otolaryngologist

Evelyne Kalyhoussef, MD., recently joined the medical staff as a general otolaryngologist, caring for adult and pediatric patients. Dr. Kalyoussef specializes in thyroid and parathyroid surgery, transoral robotic surgery, head and neck oncology, sleep disorders, Voice Disorders, minimally invasive surgery as well as a broad spectrum of pediatric otolaryngologic pathologies. She also has a great clinical interest in voice disorders and treats many patients with voice-related problems and serves as the department’s laryngologist
