Mohammad Chaudhry
Chief of Research Associates:
- Founded the program alongside Dr. Adam Kenney, and under the guidance and oversight of the esteemed Dr. Lewis S. Nelson, former Head of Emergency Medicine at Rutgers NJMS and UH
- Oversees the administrative side of the program, focusing on recruitment, communication, interviews, community outreach and more, while Dr. Christine Ramdin, focuses on the clinical and educational aspects.
- Mohammad’s vision for the program is a structured avenue for clinical research that will allow students from all over New Jersey to gain research experience in a guided and controlled environment and inspire them to pursue research that will better the lives of patients at home and abroad.
- Partially completed his Executive MBA at Rutgers Business School in Newark and is currently focusing on his University Hospital internship to further his professional development, as he further learns the operations, administration, and execution of a major teaching hospital.
- Member of the Project Management Institute-New Jersey Chapter and has been approved to sit for the PMP, PgMP, and PfMP. In addition, the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) has cleared Mohammad to sit for the ASCP-DLM (Diplomate of Laboratory Managers) a rare opportunity given to only a few hundred nationwide!

Mishal Aminullah, BA, MA, CSM, PMP.c
Research Associate
Certified Professional Scrum Master and Data Analyst with a Master’s degree and over a decade of experience in educational program coordination, regulatory compliance (HIPAA/IDEA), and data management. Skilled in translating complex operational requirements into streamlined workflows, supporting clinical and educational teams, and ensuring audit-ready documentation. Passionate about contributing to academic medical centers by applying Agile methodologies to Graduate Medical Education (GME) administration, credential file management, and program evaluation. Committed to supporting the development of healthcare professionals through accurate data stewardship and process improvement.
