  • Pediatric Cardiology

Pediatric and Fetal Cardiology provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary care to children with heart disease. This includes, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathies, muscular dystrophies, Scoliosis and various cardiac arrhythmia. We offer comprehensive diagnostic services for treatment and evaluation of arrhythmias, pulmonary hypertension, cardiomyopathy and other pediatric heart disorders.

Many congenital heart defects are found on prenatal ultrasound. We specialize in taking care of pregnant mothers whose fetuses have heart disease throughout the pregnancy and ensure safe delivery of these sick fetuses.

We also take care of young adults born with congenital heart disease that need lifelong care.

We also offer a comprehensive range of preventive cardiology services for management of children with obesity, hyperlipidemia, hypertension and various metabolic disorders

    • Pediatric Gastroenterology & Nutrition

Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition provides comprehensive and compassionate care to children with gastrointestinal and liver disorders.

This includes evaluation and treatment of various problems in children like gastroesophageal reflux, chronic abdominal pain, constipation, inflammatory bowel disease, autoimmune and viral hepatitis, obesity and its comorbidities especially non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and dyslipidemias

    • Pediatric Pulmonary

Pediatric Pulmonology helps provide diagnosis and treatment for a wide variety of respiratory illnesses in your infant, child, or adolescent.

We offer comprehensive consultation and follow-up of a variety of complex respiratory conditions including asthma, chronic lung disease, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, obstructive sleep apnea, snoring, chronic respiratory failure and technologically dependent children, neuro-muscular and chest wall disorders, bronchiectasis, congenital lung anomalies, and airway anomalies.

Our evaluation, when necessary, includes diagnostic imaging, allergy testing, flexible bronchoscopy, and pulmonary function testing.

    • Pediatric Endocrinology & Metabolism

Pediatric Endocrinology treats many children and adolescents who have diabetes, as well as those with low blood sugar.

We also see children and adolescents with a variety of hormone disorders.  Hormones control many body functions including growth, sexual development and function, vitamin D, calcium and bone health. Hormones also control the body’s ability to respond to stress and the body’s energy level.

    • Pediatric Allergy & Immunology

Pediatric Allergy and Immunology specializes in treating children with severe allergies, sinus disease, asthma, food allergy, eczema, hives, angioedema and immunodeficiency.

We provide advanced diagnostic services including allergen skin testing, oral challenge, spirometry, and allergen immunotherapy.

We individualize treatment plans and incorporate novel treatment options including the latest biologic medications.

    • Pediatric Infectious Disease

Pediatric Infectious Diseases provides outpatient follow-up for infants, children, adolescents and young adults in all aspects regarding infectious diseases.

We are a reference center by excellence for many chronic acquired and congenital conditions and provides travel advisories to the community.

    • Pediatric Human and Molecular Genetics

Clinical Genetics sees both children and adults who may have a genetic condition.

Reasons for visits might include: developmental delays, autism, birth defects, metabolic conditions, hearing loss or a family history of a specific problem (including certain kinds of cancer).

The doctors work together with the genetic counselors to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.  Initial evaluations typically take between one and one and a half hours.

    • Neonatal High Risk Clinic

The Neonatal High Risk Follow Up Clinic is a specialized multidisciplinary outpatient clinic for graduates of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or any other newborn infant with conditions that might predispose the child to neurodevelopmental delay.

The patients seen in the clinic are referred at discharge from the NICU or by their Primary Care Providers.

    • Developmental and Behavioral Medicine (Autism Center)

Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics provides evaluation and ongoing care of children and adolescents with developmental issues such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and developmental delays.

A multidisciplinary team of physicians, social worker, psychologist and learning specialist in our Child Evaluation Center and physical, occupational, speech, and hearing therapists in our Early Intervention Program work together to evaluate and coordinate care.

This group also provides support and advocacy services to families to help arrange appropriate accommodations in schools and the community for their child’s special needs.
