Human Resources Services

The Human Resources Services Division of Human Resources is organized as a Generalist model to take full advantage of the “single point of contact” structure which:

  • Better aligns resources to the schools and operating units – our customers;
  • Enhances Human Resources’ responsiveness and accountability – and improves customer service;
  • Involves the customer in goal setting, recruitment and performance evaluation;
  • Broadens the knowledge of our Human Resources professionals.

The Generalist model empowers the customer to educate Human Resources concerning unique priorities and goals – developing a personal partnership with the Generalist. Our Generalists take pride in being advocates for our employees.
