What: Spring into Health – a community health fair, rain or shine

What’s on offer: free health screenings (blood pressure, vision, dental and more); mental wellness resources; healthy cooking demos and nutrition tips; fitness and fun activities for all ages; insurance, WIC and SNAP benefits sign up; raffles, giveaways and more.
