On Monday, October 2 in Newark’s City Hall rotunda, Councilwoman McIver will moderate a dinner conversation on breast cancer awareness and women’s health with medical professionals as the panelists from each of the three hospitals in Newark – Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, University Hospital, and Saint Michael’s Medical Center.  “The Power of Pink” is a unified effort to bring greater awareness to breast cancer and women’s wellness. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase the power of pink in the City of Newark.  It’s free and open to the public.
