The division provides primary and general medical care for patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings through a dedicated hospitalists program and primary care outpatient physician group. Our physicians specialize in the diagnosis and management of complex medical conditions, including acute and chronic multisystem diseases. Treatment planning, coordination, and follow-up are provided by the division when specialty and subspecialty care is required. Special emphasis is placed on health promotion, disease and transitions of care from the inpatient to outpatient setting. The Division also offers co-management services to surgical subspecialties and to community based physicians.
