Dr. Lois Greene serves as the Senior Vice President of Wellness, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at University Hospital. With a robust background in strategic integration and population health, Dr. Greene oversees initiatives that enhance health outcomes, create an inclusive environment, and expand community outreach. Her experience includes former roles at University Hospital as the Chief Strategic Integration and Health Equity Officer and as the Director of Human Experience. Dr. Greene also has a distinguished academic career, having taught at Rutgers University and Ramapo College of New Jersey. She is an active participant on various boards and organizations and contributes globally, providing nursing and consulting services in Kenya, Peru, and Jamaica.
