Inderpal Kohli is a healthcare technology executive with over 25 years of experience leading enterprise IT, digital transformation, Epic optimization, data platforms, and cybersecurity across complex healthcare organizations. He currently serves as Chief Information Officer at University Hospital, where he leads technology strategy and operations supporting one of the New Jersey’s largest academic and public health system. His work focuses on modernizing clinical and enterprise technology, advancing digital health initiatives, strengthening cybersecurity, and improving patient and provider experience across the organization.
Previously Inder served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Englewood Health, where he led system-wide digital transformation, Epic optimization, cybersecurity, cloud imaging, and unified communications across an acute care hospital and more than 100 ambulatory locations. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at the Hospital for Special Surgery and Columbia University Medical Center, helping advance enterprise technology solutions, research infrastructure and digital innovation initiatives.
Recently Inder Served as Chief Technology Officer at Healthix, one of the nation’s largest Health Information Exchanges, where he oversees technology strategy, interoperability platforms, AI-enabled innovation, and infrastructure supporting millions of patient records across the New York healthcare ecosystem.
Inder holds a master’s degree in technology management from Columbia University and Certified Healthcare CIO and Digital Health Executive from College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME)
