Dr. Molowa has had a unique professional career over the past 35 years.  He has had roles in three distinct disciplines: scientific research, financial services and education. Dr. Molowa is currently on the faculty of Morristown-Beard School where he also holds the title of Dean and Varsity coach.

Dr. Molowa holds a Ph.D. from Virginia Commonwealth University, an MBA from Rutgers University and a BS from the University of Richmond. He also served as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Internal Medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University.  Dr. Molowa began his professional career as a Senior Research Biochemist in the Department of Molecular Pharmacology at Merck.  He is the author of 17 peer reviewed scientific publications.

Dr. Molowa has been recognized as one of the leading Biotechnology Investors by The Wall Street Journal and Institution Investor magazine.  In this role he served as a Managing Director at UBS Securities, JP Morgan and Bear Stearns. He has also been involved in venture capital as a Venture Partner at Venrock Associates. In addition, he served on the Board of Directors of Favrille Inc., a publically traded biotechnology company.

Dr. Molowa has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the United Fund of Westfield, The Westfield Foundation and the Board of Associates of the University of Richmond. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the Westfield Memorial Library.  Dr. Molowa resides in Westfield, NJ.
