As we begin to realize our full potential, a new visual identity is a logical first step down the path to a bright future.
The new logo and brand is the product of close consultation with the local and regional community, as well as the thousands of University Hospital employees that deliver care to our neighbors every day. Holding close University Hospital's deep and rich connection to our history, this contemporary logo clearly connects to our future with its use of blue hues and clean lines. The color also creates a more soothing visual for the eye — establishing a sense of calm and optimism in all that we do. The shapes that make up the logo serve more than creating just another "UH" icon. They serve as a clear representation of our urban setting, the bedrock of University Hospital as an anchor institution in our community, the solid foundation of those buildings that create our city, and, most importantly, the people we serve — the true fabric of our community.
